SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping will be a parcel post rate of $12.95 (for parcels under 1 kg) anywhere in Australia.
However there maybe cases that a separate price will be supplied when parcels require a signature or express post is requested. Please specify your requirements and a postage cost will be quoted for you. However if the standard parcel is over 1 kg and less then 3 kg the standard parcel post rate will be $17.95. Parcels from 3 kg to less than 5 kg postage is $19.95. For parcels over 5 kg standard parcel postage rate will default to $25.95. However if shipping is different you will be contacted and invoiced the new amount. Shipping is as fast as possible with parcels sent within 48 hours of placing your order. Tracking is also provided. We may need to offer different pricing for large, heavy and bulky items, which is rare, however we will keep you up to date.

We will email you once your order has been received and also you will receive an email when the order has been fulfilled and shipped.
RETURN POLICY
Please advise within 14 days of receiving your order that you are wishing to return the goods and the reason for the return. If you are dissatisfied with a product, or it didn't arrive satisfactorily or it wasn't as you anticipated please let us know as we would like to rectify the situation. What to do in case that I've changed their mind about my purchase? Usually this does not from part of the return policy but we are happy to consider your decision and rectify the situation. Put your mind at rest and shop confidently knowing that we want to work with you to achieve a great shopping experience in all cases.

We are not responsible for any parcel lost or damaged once it has left our location.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made by credit card - Visa or Mastercard or Pay Pal. You will be asked for all the necessary information at the completion of your shopping, at the shopping cart. We have a secure payment arrangement.

You may also pay offline via a bank transfer or cash. Please contact me to make the arrangements and receive the bank details. (please note we do not have a lay by system)
